  • How much do you charge per hour?

    $35 per hour for a standard clean or deep clean

    $35 an hour for a room revamp

    $20 flat fee for grocery pickup

  • How does payment work?

    We prefer to be paid on site, at the time of service after we complete the cleaning. Clients may choose to pay cash, check, or Venmo!

    However, certain circumstances may request to receive a mailed invoice be billed instead. In that case, clients must pay by cash or check through the mail, or virtually through Venmo. It is due within 30 days.

  • Do we use client's cleaning supplies or company-owned supplies?

    Our company is fully prepared to supply everything - cleaning machines, tools, and sprays.

    It is up to the client to inform us otherwise. It is a personal preference. For instance, sometimes, clients prefer us to use their personal vacuum instead of the company-owned vacuum.

  • Do we offer carpet cleaning?

    No, we do not offer carpet cleaning.

    We can do small areas of spot and stain treatment such as on upholstery, mattresses, or rugs.

  • How many team members work one home?

    A residence is typically cleaned by one or two team members.

    The hourly rate stays the same no matter how many team members are cleaning your location.

  • How long does each type of cleaning typically take to complete?

    Time is dependent on square footage of the space we are cleaning. On average, a standard home cleaning takes 4 hours. A deep cleaning, excluding any standard cleaning tasks, takes 2 hours for us to complete. A room revamp lasts 1-2 hours.

  • It's my first cleaning. What should I expect?

    Before your first clean, we will ask general questions about your preferences and briefly go through our checklist to make sure we meet your expectations. We’ll also do a walkthrough of the space together to determine your needs. Basically you will give us a tour of the rooms you want cleaned before the first cleaning.

    Recurring visits won’t need a walkthrough because we will be prepared and experienced!

  • Can I have an estimate?

    Yes! We can send you an estimate digitally. Just ask through email, Facebook message, or on Yelp!
