How much do you charge hourly?
We do not charge an hourly wage.
We figure a flat fee for the whole visit.
Rates are dependent on type of cleaning, sq. footage, number of beds/baths, and the condition of the residence.Rates for recurring, weekly or biweekly cleanings are lower than monthly, one-time, or quarterly cleanings for clients.

How does payment work?
We prefer to be paid on site, at the time of service after we complete the cleaning. Clients may choose to pay cash, check, card, or Venmo!
However, certain circumstances may request to receive a mailed invoice be billed instead. In that case, clients must pay by cash or check through the mail, or through Venmo or with a card over the phone. It is due within 30 days of service. Late payments are subject to 10% interest.

Do we use client's cleaning supplies or company-owned supplies?
Our company is fully prepared to supply everything - cleaning machines, tools, and sprays.
It is up to the client to inform us otherwise. It is a personal preference. For instance, sometimes, clients prefer us to use their personal vacuum instead of the company-owned vacuum.

Do we offer carpet cleaning?
Yes, we do offer carpet cleaning.
We also offer spot and stain treatment such as on upholstery, mattresses, or rugs.

How long does each type of cleaning typically take to complete?
Timing is variable for every situation. It is dependent on square footage, condition, and number of rooms in the space we are cleaning.
On average, a standard home cleaning takes 3 hours. A deep cleaning can take up to 6 hours to complete.

It's my first cleaning. What should I expect?
Before your first clean, we will ask general questions about your preferences and briefly go through our checklist to make sure we meet your expectations. We’ll also do a walkthrough of the space together to determine your needs. Basically you will give us a tour of the rooms you want cleaned before the first cleaning is scheduled.
Recurring visits will help us be more familiar with the space and experienced with meeting your expectations!
